I you don't like the product or you had other expectations of the product, you can always return the product without reason. Don't forget to contact us by mail, before you return the product, and we will send you instructies how to return it. Returning a product can be within 14 days after reception of your order and without reason. Return costs are for you. After reception of the product, we will return the money including the initial shpping costs.
We try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery time is depending on the country you are ordering from. Normally delivery times are:
- Netherlands: Next day delivery
- Belgium & Germany: Delivery within 2 days
- Rest of Europe: Delivery within 3 days
- Rest of the world: Delivery within 1 week
The delivery costs are depending on 2 variables: The country you order from and the weight of the product. When you place an order, the delivery costs will always be displayed properly on the checkout page.

Your order can be paid through different payment methods.
- Paypal: Pay with your email address! Shipping of goods will be immediately.
- When you live in the Netherlands, you can use the payment method iDeal. Shipping of goods will be immediately.
- When you live in Belgium, you can use the payment method Bancontact. Shipping of goods will be immediately.
- When you live in Germany, you can use the payment method Sofort E-banking. Shipping of goods will be immediately.
Soon creditcards will be added to the payment methods.
Ordering is simple. Just add the desired product(s) to the cart. Proceed to the checkout. Fill in the required data, so we know to whom we can send the order. Choose your shipping method, enter the payment information and click on "Place order".
Yes! After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Yes! After we received the payment of your order, we will ship out the ordered item(s) as soon as posiible. When we do, you will get a shipment confirmation e-mail.
